Retrotec Return & Refund Policy

Terms Last Updated: May 3rd, 2018.  

 

Retrotec accepts returns within 30 days of your purchase with receipt or proof of purchase. Retrotec reserves the right to deny refunds for products past the first 30 days. Returns must be in new condition.  

A 25% restocking fee is charged for all returned items. Retrotec is not responsible for return shipping charges.

Upon receiving the returned product, Retrotec will inspect the item and will notify the purchaser with 7 business days on whether a refund will be granted. If you are entitled to a return, we will issue a full refund (less the 25% restocking fee). Refunds will be applied to your original method of payment.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.

Those approved will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization Form. Fill out the form.
