Levels 1-3 Multiple Fan Testing of Large Buildings
Energy Large Building Training Levels 1-3
This course uses Imperial Units.
Retrotec’s new Large Building Training is our most comprehensive and involved online course package to-date. Previous manufacture training courses have primarily focused on equipment operation. Contrastly, this course serves to teach not only how to test residential, commercial and high rise, but also explain basic Building Science. Testers will study why & how buildings leak, the impact of leakage, and more.
The training pathway consists of milestones that require completion in order for a tester to receive certification.
Courses do not expire, meaning trainers can review and refresh their knowledge & skills indefinitely.
Please note: Effective July 1st 2023, individuals testing multi-unit residential buildings in Washington State shall be trained and certified by an certification body that is, at the time of permit application, an ISO 17024 accredited certification body. Retrotec’s Large Building Training is a manufacturer certification and does not meet this requirement yet. We hope to correct this in future trainings.
