Model 6220F – Double Hi-Power Enclosure Integrity Testing

The Model 6220F is a high-power, dual-fan system designed for large-scale enclosure integrity testing. It consists of two complete 6110F systems that can be used independently or combined with the Leakage Split Kit for ceiling neutralization, providing unmatched versatility.

Equipped with two 1 hp calibrated fans, this system is ideal for testing large enclosures up to 102,000 cubic feet (2,900 m³) for Inert agents and 212,000 cubic feet (6,000 m³) for halocarbon agents. It includes fan cases, tool cases, and the newly released, industry-changing DM32X gauge for precision and real-time data collection.

The double high-power fans offer a significant advantage—not only in testing enclosures of virtually any size but also in evaluating large dampers while installed. This system ensures the ability of high-power fans to open the dampers and accurately measure the entire relief vent pathway, confirming peak pressure specifications are not exceeded.

This system supports hold time testing in flooded volumes up to 102,000 cubic feet (2,900 m³) for Inert agents and 140,000 cubic feet (4,000 m³) for halocarbon agents. It also enables venting tests for volumes up to 24,000 cubic feet (660 m³) for Inert agents and can individually measure vents up to 16 square feet (1.6 m²).
