The Model 450 DucTester is a game-changing solution for commercial duct testing, offering high performance in a lightweight 9 kg design. Engineered to meet the rigorous demands of European standards, this system delivers precise results for a wide range of testing applications.

Capable of testing at pressures up to 250, 1000, or even 5000 Pa, the Model 450 provides sufficient flow to test 600 square meters of ductwork or more. It includes the newly released, industry-changing DM32X gauge, ensuring accurate and reliable measurements for every test.

Designed for maximum efficiency, the test direction can be switched in just one second by moving the 100 mm flex from the outlet to the inlet adapter—eliminating the need for cumbersome flanges. Test results are displayed in any preferred unit, such as cubic meters per second per square foot, directly on the gauge. The system also supports automated testing, generating compliant reports for EN12237, FE E51-767, or DW/143 standards, which can be customized with company branding, logos, and test images.

Compact and highly portable, the Model 450 is the first duct tester designed for easy transport by taxi or train. It also features an ISO 17025 accredited calibration, an industry first for commercial duct testing.

The 450x model includes additional improvements over the previous Model 400, including a mounted gauge for enhanced accessibility and a redesigned foot base for increased stability.
