Does FanTestic comply with the LEED standard?
Yes. The LEED standard references test procedures from the ASTM E779-10 standard, so we have included the "LEED Permeability" result (in units of in2/100 ft2) in the user interface of the ASTM standard.
In other words:
- Download FanTestic, if you haven't already
- Go to Choose Tools-->Options section of the software, and select the standard "ASTM E-779-10"
- Click File--> New Test
- Perform your Door Fan test, and once you have all your data, and it will calculate a "LEED Permeability" result for you at the bottom of your test set.
