Definitely the most for the least. You cannot get more Enclosure Integrity value than the 5101F offers. Everything you need and nothing you don’t for entry level testing.
Test for hold times in flooded volumes up to 35,000 cu ft (1000 m3) for Inert agents and 70,000 cu ft (2000 m3) for halocarbon chemical agents.
Testing pressure relief vents will require more power however. This system will test the venting for a volume up to a maximum of 9,000 cu ft (250 m3) for Inert agents although vents up to 6 sq ft (0.6 m2) can be measured individually.
Request literature on all of Retrotec systems to determine the size of enclosures that can be tested with each system.
All Retrotec systems include tech support from Retrotec who originated the idea of Enclosure Integrity testing in 1984. They promoted it within NFPA and in 1986 wrote the first Enclosure Integrity standard. Retrotec has been the lead researcher for enclosure testing ever since. Every major clean agent system manufacturer worldwide relies on Retrotec’s expertise for both hold time and peak pressure predictions.
5000/6000 series blower doors DO NOT work with the DM-2 digital gauge.
Match the colored tubes to the ports even when pressurizing where you normally need to run an extra tube but not with Retrotec where the gauge figures it all out. You’re always hooked up correctly, nothing to remember; you cannot make a mistake.
High-capacity batteries last 8 hours. Recharge them anywhere - even in your car or from your laptop. Save hundreds of dollars a year over throwing away batteries!
DM32 smart gauge will display results in any units – no calculations needed!
Losing tools, disorganization, and protecting your electronics from corrosive smoke are no longer a problem with this custom case. Stiff lid acts as a gauge stand and the rubberized base protects from water and mud. Just open, grab what you need and get testing.
Custom molded connectors snap together then pop apart for instant disassembly.
Won’t crush and pops back into shape when dropped.
With large soft knobs and custom molded handles.Parts are numbered for easy learning and reduced set up time.
This fan’s custom wave shaping circuit transforms more power into flow resulting in less heat.
9 different ranges allow you to choose the perfect setting for any test. Avoid changing ranges mid-test or having to pay extra for the ranges you’ll need.
We built the world’s first automated backpressure compensated flow chamber to improve accuracy under all conditions.
This aluminum frame was designed to test the world’s tightest passive houses. Special square corners provide a full seal right into the corners of a doorframe.
Enclosure Integrity testing software for calculating and reporting Hold times, Peak Pressures, and Venting requirements of enclosures with clean agent fire suppression systems.
In compliance with standards: NFPA 2001, ISO 14520, EN 15004
Software to configure parameters on the DM32 family of digital manometers, provided as part of the DM32 Software Suite. The DM32 Configurator software updates parameters on gauges including Network settings, and is used to update the onboard software on the gauge (firmware) when the manufacturer releases new features.
Software to record two channels of pressure readings to a spreadsheet file in real time, for use with the DM32 or DM-2 digital gauge.
Software to remotely control and reflect the state of a real gauge connected to a computer, or to generate a simulated gauge on the computer which mimics the operation of a DM32 family gauge.
